Hello, I'm Cathy. I work in a pluralistic manner, which means I use all the theories in sessions that I feel will best be of beneficence to you. We will work together to help you with any issues you bring at your pace , I will never rush or judge, my aim is to build a relationship of trust where you feel comfortable and able to talk. I have a wide range of experience in issues including depression, anxiety, careers, relationships,grief.suicide,self image.autism.trauma, addiction and self worth.

My practice is run on the pluralistic approach. I believe you know you best and I feel your sessions are for you to get to know yourself, to trust your feelings and gain self confidence and awareness. Additional Information

As these will be your counselling sessions I prefer to go at your pace, with no pushing, judgement or rushing through.we will have 50 minutes together, they are your minutes..we will go at your pace on the phone on online or in person if you prefer. .

Initial Consultation

We would have a fifteen minute chat to get to know eachother and cover contract free of charge. A time we can decide what issues you would like to bring and how we will work together, also a time to answer any questions you may have.

Fees

Fees are £45 per session payable via bank transfer or cash other options available if needed .

When I Work

I work 7 days a week, 9am -9pm available outside these hours if needed .
